What's in store for Country Music Radio in 2011? Live and local is coming back! Even in PPM, a live jock sounds great. Wishful thinking? LeeAnn Rimes will continue talking about how she doesn't want to talk about her divorce. What challenges did you face in 2010 and next year? Budget cuts, smaller staffs and tighter PPM friendly playlists  Your thoughts on the direction of the music and Sonic Sound of Country Music Radio? There are some great Country acts in radio right now. The CMAs were huge and helped Country. My big question is- who is our next big "A" star? Where's our next Kenny or Tim? We have some "Bs" and a lot of "Cs" but who will break through?
