So here's a pop quiz professor?

Every one that heads to a smaller endeavor to program always uses the phrase "We're havin' fun here". I did the same thing in Yuma, AZ until the politics of dancing made me crazy and left the position. What are some of the problems you are encountering in your position in a smaller market. I ask a veteran CMR programmer about this who is in a small market and he told me it's nuts.
