Charlie Cook to West Virginia Radio as VP/Programming

Fomer McVay consultant and Westwood honcho, late of KKGO Los Angeles, Charlie Cook makes the new found migration to smaller market radio. He joins Rick Stewart, Tom Jordan, RJ Jordan, who have all migrated to the hills.
