New Years 2011 Resolutions - Turn it up!

I got the adrenaline from watching FULL THROTTLE SALOON on Tru TV. I like the way Michael Ballard, the owner manages the bar and entertainment emporium in Sturgis, SD. He banks the entire year on one week of debauchery at the rally. He runs at a high-octane level and covers all the small stuff, making sure no stone is left unturned. 

We need to manage our Country Music Radio station's like this; Hands on with every element of the station being inspected, infected and rejected. Turn up your managerial heat. From the lowest air talent on the totem pole to the morning show, everyone needs love too.

If you want to be the master of your domain and make sure everything is in tip-top shape, the only way is too take an active role in running your radio station.
