Ken Anderson late of KBWF San Francisco has the fill-in nod at WXTU Philadelphia,  while PD Shelly Easton searches for a successor to Leigh Richards who departs after 25 years at the station...Bob Barnett is the new OM for Entercom Rochester. He replaces John Thomas who joined KYGO Denver a few weeks back.
