What a trooper!

Everyone knows I am a huge fan of Ken Anderson. Ken, with his partner Kitty ruled the airwaves twice for me in Allentown, then at Nassau Classic Hits WODE. They worked at WCOL Columbus and WYGY Cincy. Ken joined KBWF San Francisco as Scott Mahalick's morning show in April 2007 and rocked the PPM's. Together with his partner Corey Foley ex-KDWB star they attained new heights for the station.

Last week it was announced Fitz in The Morning from KKWF Seattle would replace Ken and Corey as the new Wolf Morning show beamed from Seattle.

Ken is still at work, running the board, helping in the planning, producing imaging for the new show. This is what it takes to survive in this kind of radio job market. And this is why I recommend Ken for mornings at any CMR station in the nation. He brings a solid Midwest work ethic and skill-set to the station. He excels in new media and computer production dynamics. Plus he talks and rocks the audience.

Keep your chin up Ken and keep being you!

  1. What exactly is a "Midwest work ethic"?

  2. It's often said that a Midwest work ethic is stronger than any other locale in the US. They have less to do but work.
