Cumulus and Citadel: Now one!

Cumulus has acquired Citadel Broadcasting. The deal worth 2.4 billion and 37.00 per share. Cumulus will own 500 stations and 90 Country Music Radio stations. No word on any changes as of yet inside Citadel.
