did he start what has become the webs largest online community for the radio and
music industry he is a go-to guy for anyone who wants an inside scoop on radio
and music news as well as a friend to all. Joel is always responsive and makes
you feel like what you have to say is important. He is humble, strategic and charismatic
as they come. When it comes to radio and music news, music promotions for
record companies new music, radio station song charts ALLACESS is the industry
leader.
Joel established ALLACCESS and launched the site in 1995.
Prior to that he was the CHR Editor for R&R Newspaper for 14 years. Before
joining R&R he'd been in radio for 13 years as PD at WBSB (B104)/BALTIMORE,
KSLQ/ST. LOUIS, KCBQ-A/SAN DIEGO, WMJX (96X)/MIAMI, MD at WFIL/PHILADELPHIA,
and had been on air at WAYS-A/CHARLOTTE, WNOR-A/NORFOLK, WPGC-A&F/WASHINGTON,
and WINX-A/ROCKVILLE, MD where he got started in radio at age 15, in January of
1968.

Yes -- not fun.

Nope -- I really don't have anything seriously that I regret.

Riding my bike with my friends.

Craziness in Middle East -- I am praying for peace.

If you had a Super Power what would it be?
Healing the sick.
Which famous people do you admire?
John Lennon -- pretty amazing man. Obama -- incredibly special. Bill & Hillary Clinton -- opposites but very wise and basically good folks.
What is your favorite movie?
2001 Space Oddysey -- cuz it was so far ahead of its time -- still holds up today.
Favorite snack?
Trader Joe's "Savory Thins" salty and notta lotta cals.
How do you balance your work with other obligations?
I shut the phone off at night and stay away from the computer a day each weekend.
Do you get nervous about anything?
W-w-w-w-what? :) No!
If you could meet anyone in the world dead or alive who would it be, and what would say to them? Hitler ... WTF were you thinking? Then send his ass back to hell.
What is your hobby or do you collect anything?
Chillaxin! I like to read, and sit in the sun. Fun to grill too. I collect great friends, but gave up collecting toe nail clippings and belly button lint!
What chore to you hate?
Cleaning the cat boxes ... It's obvious why! :)
