Goodbye business as usual. Many of us woke up today to the news that several incumbents lost their primary bids for reelection. America is mad. America is tired of the same old business -as-usual attitude from Washington, and business in general.
What's your radio station doing to break with the norm? Do your personalities connect with pop culture, with the political climate, with the technological revolution? Or, are they reading "10 in a row" liners?
You can be interesting, even in a PPM world. So, play better music, air less clutter, upgrade your imaging (all free stuff), and hire personalities who have a clue.... it's the key to both growth and survival. And that will mean more revenue.
